REBUILDING THE SCREWS
Rebuilding a screw is warranted when its wear is normal, if it only affects the top of the thread, not the bottom or sides.
The repair involves reloading the top of the thread with a stellite alloy with a hardness of 52-56 HRC.
After the load has been corrected, the screw is nitrated.
We produce the barrels according to the technical documentation or the existing model with the following features:

REBUILDING THE CYLINDERS
It consists of rehoning the cylinder by fastening to the maximum of wear. The screw must be recharged to the new dimension as well, and the anti-return valve must be replaced (in the case of injection assemblies).
After reconditioning the cylinder is nitrated (when the material is known).
The anti-return valve is an important component of the injection assembly, the final result of the injection process depends on its proper operation.
We produce a wide range of anti-return valves based on the design solution chosen by your machine supplier, with the following features:

REBUILDING THE ANTI-RETURN VALVE (TORPEDO)
Anti-return valves are reconditioning by weld loading of plunger wings with stellite and possibly replacing bushings and/or valve seats.
We also produce other parts of plastic injection/extrusion machines such as air ring systems, flanges, end caps, nozzles, clamping flanges, clamping, and cooling plugs, drive couplings, plunger keys, fasteners, etc.
